Opinion on Service Performance (SERVPERF) of Online Shopping Delivery in Nepal

Nepalese online shopping companies have not been maintaining the proper warehouse facilities but getting goods from third party, even for delivery service. Hence, if service provider makes an error in due process of delivering goods, indirectly, image and goodwill company seem to be hampered. The paper found assurance personnel is seen as very poor per opinion shoppers while there was no issue on responsiveness side personnel. Similarly, correlation coefficient analysis that every element SERVPERF correlated with customer satisfaction regarding quality hampered ignores any one elements SERVPERF.
